# ITCAN Pte Ltd — Website Pain Point Dossier

Target: ITCAN Pte Ltd, Singapore (itcan.biz)

## The one line that opens the meeting

ITCAN has 24+ awards between 2007 and 2023, four country portals, and a live
recruitment product. None of that is visible in the first five seconds of the
homepage. The site sells "Leading Technology... Lasting Relationship...." and
a stock photo carousel.

Say it like this:

> "Your awards page proves you are one of the most decorated IT staffing firms
> in Singapore. Your homepage looks like a 2012 template. Every CIO who
> Googles you before a meeting sees the template first."

## 12 pain points, each traced to the live site

### A. First impression and positioning

**1. The tagline says nothing a buyer can act on.**
Evidence: hero reads "Leading Technology... Lasting Relationship...." with
four trailing dots. No named service, no named outcome, no named buyer.

**2. Early-2010s layout signals a legacy vendor.**
Evidence: carousel banner of stock office photos, boxed columns, gradient
buttons, dead Google+ icon in the footer. Buyers infer delivery quality from
the website they can see.

**3. Vague service copy with no proof.**
Evidence: "a leading Technology service and solutions company" that "helps
clients implement intelligent solutions." Four service headings (Business
Consulting, Customized Solutions, Outsourcing, Managing Applications) with
generic paragraphs. No case study, no client name, no numbers.

**4. Nine "Industry Solutions" that are actually a technology list.**
Evidence: ERP and CRM, Operating Systems, Programming Languages, RDBMS,
Portals, Enterprise Applications, Web Technologies, Microsoft, Java. A buyer
searching for "banking core migration partner" or "public sector staffing"
finds nothing that names their industry.

### B. Conversion

**5. No primary call to action.**
Evidence: engagement path is the Contact Us menu item and a form. No
"Talk to us" in the hero, no phone click-to-call in the header, no calendar
booking.

**6. Overstuffed navigation.**
Evidence: six top-level menus with deep submenus. Decision fatigue before the
visitor has read one sentence.

**7. Talent Suite is invisible on the corporate site.**
Evidence: talentsuite.itcan.biz exists. The homepage and Career page do not
mention it. A product that could anchor the company's positioning is hidden.

**8. Career page lists no jobs.**
Evidence: candidates are told to email a CV. No open roles, no filters, no
apply flow. In a staffing business the candidate funnel is half the revenue
engine, and it is a mailto link.

### C. Trust and reach

**9. Awards are shown, clients are not.**
Evidence: 24+ awards from 2007 to 2023 and 10+ press mentions, but no client
logo wall, no testimonial from a client (the three quotes are from employees).

**10. Social links are broken.**
Evidence: Facebook, Twitter and Google+ icons that go nowhere. Google+ was
shut down in 2019.

**11. Four employee portals clutter the public footer.**
Evidence: separate login links for Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and Hong
Kong sit next to the public contact details. Internal tooling belongs behind
one "Staff login" (this is what ITCAN Hub solves).

**12. Missing modern hygiene.**
Evidence from crawl: /about-itcan returns 404 from the menu path, email is
obfuscated by a script, no visible schema markup, no obvious mobile-first
layout. Search engines and mobile buyers both suffer.

## Pain point to prototype section map

| # | Pain point | Prototype answer |
|---|---|---|
| 1, 2 | Weak tagline, dated look | Scroll-driven 3D film hero, "Technology that holds" |
| 3 | Vague services | Four-slice services accordion with one plain sentence each |
| 4 | Tech list as industries | Dropped; industries become a follow-up content task |
| 5, 6 | No CTA, heavy nav | Single "Talk to ITCAN" CTA, four-item nav |
| 7 | Talent Suite hidden | Dedicated product panel with tilt and link |
| 8 | No jobs | Careers band with "Send your CV" (jobs feed is phase 2) |
| 9 | No client proof | Awards timeline with the real 2007 to 2023 span; client logo wall reserved |
| 10, 11 | Broken social, portal clutter | Footer with one Staff login and only live links |
| 12 | Hygiene | SSR pages, OG tags, mobile encode, reduced-motion fallback |

## Pricing recommendation

| Tier | Scope | Setup (SGD) | Monthly (SGD) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Launch | Corporate site rebuild, 6 sections, CMS-free, hosted | 9,500 | 350 hosting and edits |
| Launch + Careers | Above plus live jobs feed from Talent Suite, apply flow | 16,000 | 650 |
| Full stack | Above plus ITCAN Hub staff login integration, client case study pages, analytics | 24,000 | 950 |

Open with Launch. Tie it to the existing Talent Suite and Hub work: one
vendor, one design language across public site, product and intranet.
